Should you buy first or list first

A lot of people, they don’t like selling first because then they’re like, ‘Okay, I sell first, but then what if I don’t find something I like and I’m homeless?’

But a lot of people like selling first because then they know, ‘Hey, this is how much money I have, this is how much down payment I have and so forth’. And they know that they can buy a home firm without saying condition on the sale of their home.

A lot of people do like that and they put a long closing date. Do not sell your house and put a 30 day closing date because then, you probably will be homeless or living on your friend’s couch. They wouldn’t do it unless you have a long closing date.

People that buy firm, the thing about that is let’s just say you didn’t get any research done and you buy a house based on thinking that your house was a million dollars done, you find out it was only worth 7.75 million dollars, and now your financing is messed up and so forth.
