How do you know the true value of a property?

“We have been in the same property for 15 years. The owner offered to buy it. If we don’t, however, he is listing the property and says most owners probably won’t want to keep us. How do we know if the price is right and fair that he’s offering us?”

I’m sure any realtor would be happy to help you so they can show you, ‘Hey, here’s active here’s sold, the value of the home is $850 or $650 or $1 million’. Whatever it is, so you can feel comfortable with it and then just take into consideration that he wouldn’t be paying commission so you should be saving that.

If the value is $850, all those people that paid $850, they did pay a realtor on both sides so just make sure that you are saving that since he’s just doing it privately.
