Alright so back say 2 years ago when you thought of home office I’m sure it looked a lot different than it does today.

Covid has changed so many peoples’ outlook on life, what’s important to them, how much they truly need to make, and where actually makes more sense for them to live.

Every week when I do my Facebook lives Wednesday at 6 p.m and give updates, R & R properties (rest and relaxation) still continue to skyrocket over city properties (normally Toronto and Vancouver thrive but not these days, everyone wants rural and more space).

Ps would you pick

1. Live in Toronto in a condo and make $185,000 a year

2. Live in Collingwood with mountain and lake views in a detached home with large yard and make $92,000

or

3. Live in Huntsville on a lakefront home and make $78,000 and be able to have your wine down at the dock every night?
