Do people not like above ground pools?

To be honest, most people who enjoy swimming prefer in-ground pools. Some individuals are wary about above-ground pools, but not in a major way.

They just think, ‘Oh, the grass will be dead underneath,’ or anything. Pools, on the other hand, increased in popularity under COVID, owing to a lack of activities for children.

Obviously, their prices increased. They are still popular with some people. So I’d hate for you to take it away and see it, and so on. Then someone says, “Oh, I would have liked the pool.” I would just suggest that when you put it for sale next year, you simply state that the pool is included.
