Do off the grid homes come up for sale often?

I want to sell my place and move off the grid.

They’re obviously not as common, but they do still come up.

Just like power of sales aren’t as common, but they do come up just like a state sales aren’t as common, but they do come up. Just like grown -ups aren’t as common, but they do come up for sale.

It’s not like a set button. There is something about solar panels, etc. However, it’s not mandatory. So if the agent doesn’t check it off, then it won’t come up to you. But obviously they’re more common for the north than they are around here.
