There isn’t one day that goes by that we’re not grateful for our journey and our place in the community. We love helping people find their dream homes but also helping them build their portfolio and find financial wealth and freedom and free them from jobs they don’t enjoy so they have multiple other streams of income. 2. We sell our clients homes faster than the board average (meaning less cleaning, less leaving, better safety with the whole Covid world we’re in)
3. We get more $$$ for our clients than the board average. Then our clients can not only use that moving forward on other properties but to buy toys, pay off loans, do renovations at the new property, or so forth.
4. We have tons of cool parties every year! Even during Covid, we find ways to safely get everyone together be that at the drive-in or allotted times for you and your family to do some outing we have you covered.
5. We give back. Not only do we give to 5 charities every year but we also give $2,500 on the 1st of every month to someone nominated by the community (they need to have no relation to Cripps Realty and in 2020 and 2021 while we have been doing it no one has).
